Our standard MOQ is 40 pieces per style. Yes, you can mix different plant styles in a single bulk order. We also have a minimum order value of USD 5,000 per shipment.

Yes, samples are available for quality checking.

• Sample and shipping fees are paid by the buyer (shipping fee is non-refundable)
• The sample fee is fully refunded once you place a bulk order within 180 days after payment
• Sample production: 15 working days
• Express shipping: 3–10 days

Mass production takes about 45 working days after we receive your deposit. The exact timeline depends on the order quantity and our current production schedule.

Yes. We offer tiered pricing based on order volume — the larger the order, the better the unit price. Contact us for a custom quote.

We offer the following custom services:

• Custom branding: Hangtags, logos on cartons and pots
• Flexible specs: Adjust plant height or leaf density to fit your budget
• Custom planters available on request

Standard packaging uses 5-ply corrugated export cartons. To better protect the pots during transit, you can add optional protective materials: EPE foam inserts, bubble wrap, foam bags, and securing straps.

• Trade terms: We only offer EXW (Ex Works) and FOB.

• Nearest port: Shenzhen Port (Yantian and Shekou), with regular global sea freight routes.

50% deposit after order confirmation, and the remaining 50% balance before shipment.
